Lucid is a top-down game where the player gets to explore a unique world, fighting enemies along the way with 2 special powers that get stronger the more you use them. However, if you get too powerful, you may lose this dream forever. As one of my senior projects, my partners, Colin Winders, Nevo Mantel, Connor Dean, Diego Holguin, Manny Gomez Prieto, Jacob Frommer and Brian Eisenberg, and I were hoping to create something no one has ever thought of before. Throughout the semester long process, I had taken on the role of 3D Animator. This role included rigging the character models and then, using the basic principles of animation, bring each character to life by giving them a unique animation cycle before exporting them from Maya and importing them into Unity.
