Zebra Technologies: Virtual Reality
Starting in June 2018, I was given the opportunity to work for Zebra Technologies in order to optimize and develop multiple Virtual Reality simulations. Each virtual simulation involved at least 2 modes. The first mode was created for the user to explore the virtual world itself and interact with particular game objects to learn more about them. The second mode was a "mini-game" which allowed the user to participate in a hand on experience to simulate a real world situation in which a certain Zebra device was used.
After some time, other uses for these virtual environments arose and new simulations were created to teach the user how to use or install specific Zebra devices. Then, during Covid, new simulation requests came in to help with product launches and explain how to use certain devices and how to interact with other devices. Due to legal reasons, I am not at liberty to post videos on my personal website. However, for more information about these simulations, my responsibilities, and my experience here, please feel free to contact me.
